SMILE and the world smiles with you.

If you are feeling low and want a quick pick-me-up, find a mirror and smile to yourself.
Examine your smile and entire face. Say hello and comment on how beautiful or handsome you are. (even if you don’t believe it!) Does it look natural or is there tension in your jaw? If it is forced or unnatural looking, laugh. You’re pretend laughter will probably turn into to a real laugh. Notice how beautiful you are when you smile genuinely.
Now relax your shoulders, close your eyes, and smile gently into your heart.
Feel your body start to relax. Breathe deeply in through your nose and imagine the oxygen flowing into your head and throughout your body. Let that beautiful oxygen nourish every cell in your body and expand your muscles.
Then breath out through your mouth and sink even deeper into that relaxed state. Check in and see if your mood has shifted.
Smiling actually stimulate acupressure points in the face that elevate mood. So, keep on smiling.
